Refund Policy
Cancellation
We acquiesce in the annulment of orders prior to their shipment or fabrication. Should you desire to retract your order, kindly reach out to us at service@genimorugs.com within two hours subsequent to placement, transmitting an electronic message from your registered email. A full reimbursement shall be granted upon successful cancellation. Regrettably, we are unable to revoke orders once they have been dispatched. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Returns
We accept returns, and you have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please contact us (service@genimorugs.com) within 30 days and our staff will review your refund request and notify you of the outcome within 48 hours. After approval, we’ll send you the return address and the required information. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When you do returns we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in transit. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you received a damaged or wrong product, please remember to include a photo of the damaged or wrong product with your application.
*If the package is rejected, we will refund the full amount.
*If the product is returned for non-quality problems, such as item not fitting, didn't like the color/quality, changed mind, ordered wrong, bought elsewhere, etc., the return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.
*We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
*Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 15 days of receipt of the item.
*We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. We award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the package is opened.

Although we uphold stringent quality standards and scrupulously inspect each parcel prior to shipment, complications may occasionally arise during transit. Should you encounter any quality issues or oversights during transportation, please do not hesitate to contact us. We shall diligently endeavor to resolve the matter and provide satisfactory solutions.
Exchange
You can contact us to replace the product before the package is dispatched. But due to the timeline for processing exchanges and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we usually don't offer exchanges.
We recommend placing a new order for the item you like and returning your current order for a refund by following the steps above.
Refunds
Upon receipt and verification of your returned item, we shall transmit an electronic notification. Subsequently, we shall apprise you of your refund's approval or denial. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, kindly allow 7 business days for the processing of your refund. Reimbursements shall be issued exclusively to the credit card or PayPal account utilized for the original transaction.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
In the event of a delayed refund, we recommend contacting your credit card company, as the official posting of your refund may necessitate additional time. If all requisite steps have been followed and your refund remains outstanding, please reach out to service@genimorugs.com.
