Non-Slip Backing
Built-in non-slip backing keeps the rug stable and safe, whether kids are running or pets are playing, even when chairs slide across it.
Stain-Free Every Time

Spill-Proof Protection
The waterproof layer prevents liquids from seeping through, protecting floors from drinks, pet bowls, and accidental spills while keeping your home clean and tidy
Faqs
1. Place a clean cloth over the creased area;
2. Apply steam using a steam iron, carefully ironing both the front and back of the rug through the cloth;
3. After steaming, roll the rug diagonally and leave it rolled for 1–2 days to allow it to settle flat again.
This happens when the rug has been folded for too long, causing the top fabric layer to stretch longer than the non-slip backing. Here are some effective methods to flatten it:
- Heat Treatment:
Set a steam iron to low heat and place a thin cloth over the bubbled area. Gently iron over the cloth so the steam relaxes the fibers.
Tip: Never let the iron touch the rug directly to prevent damage. - Reverse Rolling:
Roll the rug in the opposite direction, focusing on the bubbled spots. Keep it rolled for several hours or overnight to help the layers realign. - Weighted Flattening:
Place heavy objects (such as books, sandbags, or furniture) on the raised areas. This works well for minor bubbling and usually shows results after a few hours. - Carpet Tape Method:
Use double-sided carpet tape to bond the top fabric layer to the non-slip backing. Apply it after flattening to keep the layers from shifting again.
Yes. All our rugs feature a non-slip backing that grips the floor securely, making them safe for households with kids and pets. For best performance, keep the underside clean and dry.
Most genimorug rugs are machine washable (large rugs fit best in 5.5 cu ft or larger machines). Pre-clean dust and stains, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then air-dry or tumble-dry on low heat.
We do our best to display true colors, but variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences. For the most accurate reference, check product photos on a white background. Lifestyle images are for styling inspiration.
Our rugs are not suitable for machine drying. The high heat and mechanical action may damage the fibers and shorten the rug’s lifespan. We recommend avoiding direct sunlight and allowing the rug to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. This method is gentler on the rug and helps prevent dust buildup.
