I’m very happy with this rug. I bought the 8 x 10 in taupe and the colors (grey, white and a color I call “dune”) work well with my honey oak floors and my furniture. It’s very soft and it’s washable (although probably would need a commercial washer to fit the 8 x 10 size). It came folded in a box so it did take several days before it would lay completely flat but it’s fine now

The rug is lovley i just need a corner sticker so it sticks to the flor. It starting to curl a little bit in the corner.

LOVE! This rug is beautiful. We didn’t have to put rug gripper or anything underneath because it has a sort of non slip backing. The rug is lightweight but good quality. My dog peed on it immediately and the pee didn’t even seep into the rug, it sort of stayed on the top layer. When I cleaned it up, it wiped right off and was so easy to clean. I highly recommend! Can’t wait to see how it does in the washer and dryer. 10/10 recommend!

Got this so my bearded dragon could walk through the kitchen without sliding everywhere. I didn’t get for looks as this is not my style but it’s hard finding a long 14 foot rug anywhere. It’s soft and came wrinkled but the wrinkles have been smoothing out with use. Great price.

How can I fix folds or creases in my rug?

Why does my rug have bubble-like bumps and how do I fix them?
This happens when the rug has been folded for too long, causing the top fabric layer to stretch longer than the non-slip backing. Here are some effective methods to flatten it:

Set a steam iron to low heat and place a thin cloth over the bubbled area. Gently iron over the cloth so the steam relaxes the fibers.
Tip: Never let the iron touch the rug directly to prevent damage. -
Reverse Rolling:
Roll the rug in the opposite direction, focusing on the bubbled spots. Keep it rolled for several hours or overnight to help the layers realign. -
Weighted Flattening:
Place heavy objects (such as books, sandbags, or furniture) on the raised areas. This works well for minor bubbling and usually shows results after a few hours. -
Carpet Tape Method:
Use double-sided carpet tape to bond the top fabric layer to the non-slip backing. Apply it after flattening to keep the layers from shifting again.

Can I put my rug in the washing machine?
Most genimorug rugs are machine washable (large rugs fit best in 5.5 cu ft or larger machines). Pre-clean dust and stains, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then air-dry or tumble-dry on low heat.
Will the rug colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display true colors, but variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences. For the most accurate reference, check product photos on a white background. Lifestyle images are for styling inspiration.
Can I dry my rug in a dryer?
